General terms and Conditions
Preamble
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter "CGV") apply to all transactions concluded online on the NATURA FACE website, for all Facial Yoga and Facial Massage services offered by the company NATURA FACE - TETIANA YAKIMENKO EI, whose head office is located in Saverne, registered in the trade and companies register under SIRET number 90481805100016.
Ordering services implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these General Terms and Conditions.
Article 1: object
These General Terms and Conditions aim to define the contractual relations between NATURA FACE and the customer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the NATURA FACE merchant site, whether the customer is a professional or a consumer. The acquisition of a service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these General Terms and Conditions.
Article 2: Services
The services offered are those which appear on the NATURA FACE website. These services are offered within the limits of available places and as described on the site. Facial Yoga and Facial Massage sessions last 1 hour and include up to 10 exercises.
Article 3: Prices
The prices of the services displayed on the site are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). NATURA FACE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.
Article 4: Orders and payment
The order is deemed concluded upon confirmation of payment by the customer. Payment is made online by PayPal. A confirmation of the order and payment will be sent to the customer by email.
Article 5: Validity of offers
Service offers are valid for 9 weeks from the date of purchase. After this period, they can no longer be used.
Article 6: Cancellation and refund
Any cancellation of a session must be notified at least 1 hour in advance. In the event of cancellation within this deadline, the session may be rescheduled according to availability, at no additional cost.
In the event of the trainer's absence, the planned number of sessions will be automatically added to the client's logbook.
Purchases of session books are firm and final, and will not give rise to any refund.
Article 7: Customer obligations
- Respect for time: You are asked to arrive slightly early to start the session on time.
- In case of absence, the customer must notify at least 1 hour in advance.
Article 8: Facial Yoga class
- Notebook activation: Each notebook purchased becomes active on the date of the first session used.
- No session refund is possible. Clients are invited to make up any missed session before the end of the validity of the booklet.
Article 9: Group and corporate customers
For group and corporate customers, rates are negotiated separately.
Article 10: Applicable law and disputes
These general conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
Article 11: Legal information
The company NATURA FACE - TETIANA YAKIMENKO EI undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the information provided by buyers.
By purchasing services from NATURA FACE, the customer acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions and having accepted them. These General Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without notice, the version applicable to the customer's purchase is that in force on the site on the date of the order
