Good to know

General:


1. Respect everyone’s time: come a bit in advance in order to start your session in time.
2. Please warn at least 1 hour before your session in case of your absence.

 

Face Yoga courses:
1. Every carnet bought gets active on the date of the first session taken.
2. No sessions are reimbursed. You are welcome to catch up on any other day suitable for you
before the validity date of your carnet.
3. Trainer’s absence automatically adds the respective number of sessions to your carnet.

 

Massage:
1. Please let us know as soon as possible, if you cannot come to your massage session. It will
help us better adjust our schedule and also find a new time slot for you.
2. A client who does not show up for a massage session without any earlier notice, e.i. no later
than 1 hr before the session, is obliged to pay 100% cost of the massage session. This
payment should be done before you use any other service available at Natura Face.
