The Main Success Factor in Face Yoga

My previous post told who Face Yoga is for. The next one was supposed to tell, when one cannot practice Face Yoga (yes, it is possible!) Although, I appeared in the situation, which has helped me experience an incredible effectiveness of one method, which influences positively the quality of life in general and Face Yoga exercises in particular. I could not but share this wonderful experience.
In order to cope with one very important task I had to… RELAX! It meant to relax from inside, find calmness within in order to be able not to waste precious inner resources for redundant worries, emotional fuss and to able to enjoy every single day and face challenges in the state of equilibrium. In my case that was the key to the problem solving. Nevertheless, I was determined to try.
There were several things which helped me to relax: meditations, contrast showers every morning, putting my small but so nice wishes into life and of course Face Yoga. Here, the benefit was mutual. The exercises have helped me to find inner relaxation and this state incredibly intensified the effectiveness of the exercises. On the next day already it was noticeable to people around.
Honestly speaking, I was not surprised at all. Our inner state directly influences our emotions, which in their turn influence our facial expressions and the state of our face muscles and skin. Relaxed facial muscles mean smooth skin, which means better outlook. Here, the circle closes: the better the outlook is, the better we feel, which makes our outlook even better, etc.
Face Yoga is not only physical exercises but also respective breathing, relaxation and emotional balance. All together work perfectly well!
