Who Is Face Yoga For?

Recently I have heard an interesting comment on my face yoga story from my acquaintance: “For me exercising means danger!” It is important to note here that she does not have any disabilities or diseases, which means she does not have any risk in any physical practices. The point is in her personal attitude.

Here, a question appears: who is face yoga for?

Let us try to find an answer.

- Safety and appearance are key in Face yoga. It is good for everyone without serious or chronic diseases or any illness on its developing stage or pick.


- Personal approach and attitude are key factors in any activity. Face yoga is no exception. You need only two weeks to see first positive changes, if you are genuinely interested in an absolutely natural facial rejuvenation and ready to invest some time and work.


- Face yoga is equally effective for both women and men.


- Age is not important. Facial muscles are able to restore and function properly even after 60-70.


- Young people may also practice face yoga. Although, the first aging signs usually appear after 25-30 y.o. Face yoga may make sense for those who want to slow down this process.


It is worth trying in any case.
